You are responsible for the files you upload, share, or otherwise make available through Cloud Z. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Because your files are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot and do not monitor the content of your files. However, we will respond to valid legal requests if we are required to do so.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use a strong password and to keep it confidential.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cloud Z, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
